Introduction

Recruitment and Selections are considered to be the most imperative functions of an HR Unit. Although related together in what is usually known as the employment regulation of workers, they are two different tasks. The recruitment function comes at first for all candidates--once the candidate shows the abilities, understanding and experience, he/she shifts into candidature for a post. This paper will address the Recruitment and Selection functions of a chosen company, Men's Warehouse, which is a men's clothes seller in the USA.
