The final decision should be confident choice, because the cost of placing a new employee for wages, putting them through a short probationary period, in most organizations, and EEO / AA employer considerations should be positive about the applicant. All relevant information about applicants requires a systematic review (Bach Sisson 2000 25). In assessing applicants, the forms and reference materials are used to summarize all the important information about applicants.
I will be primarily interested in the fact that the applicant can do and will do.
