The final decision should be confident choice, because the cost of placing a new employee for wages, putting them through a short probationary period, in most organizations, and EEO / AA employer considerations should be positive about the applicant. All relevant information about applicants requires a systematic review (Bach Sisson 2000 25). In assessing applicants, the forms and reference materials are used to summarize all the important information about applicants.

I will be primarily interested in the fact that the applicant can do and will do. Can make factors consist of knowledge and skills, as well as the propensity to acquire new knowledge and skills (Aquila Rice 2007 22). The factors consist of motivation, interest and other personality characteristics. For successful performance on both factors are very important and useful. If unqualified applicants will be considered if they qualify?

If the applicants are overqualified

Will affirmative action and diversity be considered when deciding to hire employees?

I also have to consider what approach to use in selecting new employees. The main approaches to selecting new employees.

Human Resource Planning is a vital component to the success of the organization in the long run. There are certain ways that should be accompanied by each organization that ensures that it has the right amount and type of people in the right place and right time, so that organizations can achieve their intended purpose.
