I have chosen P&G Company for recruitment and selection process. P&G is an American based multinational company. William Procter and James Gamble served as the founder of the company. They have products ranging from basic dairy products to detergents. P&G products have been used worldwide. They have offices in UK, Ireland, Egypt, India, Canada and USA. The main strength of P&G is that they are satisfying consumer needs by bringing innovations in their products. They spent a lot of money for doing market research. They also have a very strong Human Resource Management process through which they hire competent and intelligent individuals (P&G).
