It is the social structure of families, citizens living in an area given geographic sharing a common history and interests are known and relate to each other, share similar needs and potential: economic, social, cultural, urban and otherwise. In general, developing a community is to improve an existing situation or solve a problem in a neighborhood, a district, town or city. However, it should pay attention to red herrings. Others are seeking for a savior that will boost the local economy by implanting a new plant, a new shopping center or a new tourist attraction. These approaches do not ordinarily produce satisfactory results because they do not contribute to strengthening the community. Instead, they send the message to the community she has no capacity to solve its own problems.

I am writing this letter in relation to community services of my personal patients, Pablo and Beatriz, whom I know for about more than 4 years. Pablo Atehortua has served for Army for four years and enjoys a good reputation in the community for his voluntarily services in the community. He always seeks to solve the community issues and try to help the people as much as possible. Being an army man, he believes that there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the smiles of the people he is helping.
