Whereas, the role of receptionists is not defined clearly from their traditional expectation outside, such as involvement of piece meal, although there is very less research have been done for identifying the practices, which may help in preventing the views regarding medicine, and current practice in this area. If we analyze same thing with respect to perspective of doctor, criteria of support received from many other staff practicing, specifically role of receptionists, because it has a larger influence to identify that either implementation of intervention program is successful or not.( McKnight, 2001).
