Introduction

This report is on the recent developments made by the Government to boost the educational achievements. These recent developments are focused on the developments and policies made by the Governments to encourage education in their state and increase the rate of literacy. It is found that most of children are not able to get proper education because of no proper development plans. The main role of the development plan is to make sure that enough facilities and ways are provided to students through which they can easily take education (Baker 2010).

Education is one of the basic needs of students and to have sustained development in the economy it is very important for the government to take certain measures. A country can survive without infrastructure but cannot without education. Many countries have made it mandatory for all the political parties that they have to provide education right to all the children. It is very important for the states to recognize the importance of education and its purpose. Otherwise it is not possible for the country to maintain its economy and development in other areas of the country (Beadle 2010)

The scope of this paper is to understand that how governments make changes in the development plans. Changes are done according to the needs and requirements of the country. The importance of these changes will be discussed that why such changes are made in the development plan and what impact does these changes have. The changes are made in the development plan after doing market research and analyzing the needs. After doing the market research government departments come to know that what changes and in how much amount should they bring (Browne 2010)

They also have to make sure that these changes will have positive impact and will boost the education achievements. Many students are not able to get educational achievements because of improper development policies. In this report each and every issue in the development plan will be discussed. Furthermore, it will also be analyzed that which changes are made and what are the reasons behind their change. The most important does the government gets any success in doing such changes or they should further make some changes. In this report the main focused country is England.
