Introduction

In 1971, John Rawls published his Theory of Justice. The aim of Rawls is combat and overcome the utilitarian stating that a theory, more eloquent than words, should be rejected or revised if it is not true and that all we can tolerate erroneous theory is the lack of a better.

Rawls's work is multidisciplinary, and has received special attention from economists, political scientists, sociologists and theologians.
