The establishment on which political researchers work, are their ontological and epistemological positions. It is not necessary that they are mostly spelt out and are quite implied than express, yet indicate themselves in the matter of technique and procedure. According to Marsh and Furlong (2002) the aforementioned stances a political researcher takes are significant to his exploration, as "they shape the techniques and approach to hypothesis and the systems" used; and they are strongly in the specialists convictions about the planet, bringing about the impact that the positions undertaken the aforementioned issues can't be modified potentially : "They are like a skin not a sweater: they can't be put on or taken off whenever the specialist sees fit."

We will discuss it in the paper, if this contention would be unable to be confronted. Whether Cosmology is the science or just a speculation of being? It concerns the inquiry of how the planet is manufactured, it is the curiosity “is there a "real world" 'out there' that is autonomous of our information of it?"Put into the political setting the investigation may be "What is the nature of the social and political challenge, we may obtain information around the range of?" Two fundamental refinements could be made here: firstly, there is a true planet that is free from our learning and upon the aforementioned establishments life is assembled, thus the articulation foundationalism. Foundationalism is basically the analysis about the knowledge.

Epistemology then is the speculation of learning. Ones epistemological position reflects the perspective of what we can ponder the planet and how we can know it. Again there are two major refinements to be made here (Gavin, 1998: 171). First of all, it is plausible to get learning about the planet unmediated and with no obstructions. This intimates that objectivity is conceivable, since everybody watches things in the same way. Besides, perception is never destination yet mostly "affected by the social developments of 'reality'". Evidently this identifies back to cosmology. Foundationalists might take the earlier outlook, while those people who are against the foundationalism might utilize the recent. For them there is no demonstrable evidence to observe, as everything or activities get importance just by actors and not by sheer being. For the analyst this expedites the issue of the twofold hermeneutic: "the planet is translated by actors and their translation is deciphered by the eyewitness", making ...
