The workers in the company have performed very well in the past and they are looking forward to continue the same kind of performance in the future. The main concept that was discussed in the topic was related to the Motivation and Leadership level in the organization. The motivation of the workers working in the Company is quite high and the leadership levels of the organization have also improved to a very large extent.
