Introduction

The world in which we live today is full of different people. These different people belong to different religion, ethnicity, country and culture. As a result of these changes the world is a diverse place. When we talk about diversity then the first country that comes to mind is United States. U.S is one of the world's most diverse places. People from all over the world come there to live. Racism is a very common factor in American society. But the strange thing is discrimination and racism within a race. The phenomenon of racism within a race or within a community means practicing discrimination and racism by a member of a minority group against the member of the same minority group or community. To elaborate this topic of racism within a race it is imperative to quote following example:
