There is a difference of opinion regarding the government- imposed necessitation of wearing a seat belt while driving. The opponents of such laws argue that it is rights and personal freedom of a person to wear a seat- belt or not, and that the government should not be concerned itself with keeping people from prohibiting or regulating activities that occur between consenting adults.
