Considering the fact that no matter how advanced, modern or powerful a country becomes, it is always far from attaining the tile of self sufficient, for one matter or another it is dependent on some other country to get its end meet. Therefore, Bearing in mind the core essence of the phenomenon of globalisation, where the virtual and actual, curtains and impediments between the countries have substantially diminished; it will not be an abstruse matter for a naïve mind to assimilate that the prime requirement of today's era that have brought the countries of the world to a position, where they are bound to live cohesively, revolves around the sound and coherent existence of each other, bearing support and good will. This is where the phenomenon of profound and substantial international relation comes in to play, which requires the countries to execute their international relations in the most desired, acceptable and appreciated manner, for the betterment of the respective regions.

Given the abstruse complexity of the modern world, where each country is striving to get its ends meet, regardless of the course that is chosen along the way, it substantially gives rise to numerous potential incertitude and uncertainty pertaining to the international relations, for a country and the course of actions that must be rendered by them, in order to execute sound policies and actions. The prime sources of uncertainty in IR rest with the strategic and analytical uncertainty, in the international forum for both countries. How ever the prime sources of the uncertainty in IR pertain to the clear intentions of the involved parties, which may compel the country to detect some underlying, subtle or future intention, under the belt. Therefore, it can e assimilated that the sources of uncertainty in the international relations pertain to the hidden agendas of the countries, or the precedent of the malign intentions of one of the involved parties. Numerous varying social factors are pivotal for paving ways for the uncertainty in the modern world.

The Underlying Cost And Benefits Of Actions

It must not be a difficult task to understand that what prime risks and benefits the factor of uncertainty entails for the country that seeks to stretch its relation in certain regard to the other country. At the outset, uncertainty causes lack of trust, and until unless the factor of trusts is lacking, substantiality in relations and claims is rather hard to accomplish. This uncertainty can have a direct impact on the results or outcomes of a decision or actions taken forward by the countries involved. The outcome of the decision or actions would not be adequately veritable or authentic, as it would have been, if uncertainty would not be buzzing in the air (Corner, 2011, p. 50).
