Five I`s services is the criteria to provide the one to one services to the customers. In health care system, the customer could be the patient, student, nurse or any other supporting staff for the provision of health care services. Five I`s strategy aims to facilitate the desires and needs of the customer. The process begins with

The identification f the customer

Recognition of their needs

Interaction with customers for their needs

Modification of the services in order to fulfill the compliance of the customer

Implementation of these steps illustrates the provision of the quality with compliance services to the patients or other customers in the health care system. The strategy of five I`s to fulfill the needs of the customer are as followed;

Identification

The identification of the customers and provision of basic necessities is the first step of five I`s plan. The purpose is to recognize the fundamental desires of the customer.

Individualization

All the customers are different from each other according to the services they require. The second step is to distinguish the needs of the individuals.

Interaction

To evaluate the non articulated and articulated necessities of the customers, the direct interaction with customer is essential. Interaction helps to clarify each and every aspect to reduce the efficiency of the cost, to enhance the quality of the services and to fulfill the compliance.

Integration

All the facilitation of the services must be present to the customers by harmonizing with them. The preference should be given to the customer over services. One person cannot provide the services to the customer alone. Therefore, the team work from different units is necessary to operate.

Integrity

Any customer collaborates to any organization to meet his requirements; this demonstrates that the enterprise must keep the information regarding that person in confidential in order to sustain his trust on the organization.
