Introduction

This research is a study based on the oral health problems in children with intellectual incapability. The care for the disabled and health communication are increasingly important. The objective of this research is to study the oral health problems in children with mild mental retardation. According to WHO, throughout the history of dental care, among these children, 2/3 are not receiving dental care, and others only receive curative or mutilating, as the dentist does not have training to treat them and only a few fully incorporate prevention.
