There are high chances of rescue if the instant assistance could be getting with the help of cell phones. Mobile phone has become significant contender and helping agent for medical care. The mobile phone will now work as smart phones in rescuing life of the people whose life is at risk (Xiao, 2008). There may be some emergencies that the patient could not be taken to the hospital on-time so this will be working as instant Doctor and Nurse. This quality improvement will help increasing the performance management in health care system.

This is the main reason for choosing the methodology as the emerging technology has made it mandatory to implement in each and every sector, and health care is one of the major sector where technology implication can increase the performance.
