Executive Summary

With the increase in population, there are various problems faced by the countries all over the world. One of the major concerns is to deal with the providing health facilities to these people all over the world. European government is also facing challenges to deal with the problems of health and social care. It is not only responsibility for the government, but health and social care is a major concern, which requires attention from all resources. This is the reasons that various social organizations, both national and international work to ensure better quality in the field of health care. It also requires every single individual to pay attention towards personal and family hygiene for the prevention of diseases. Increase in the morbidity and mortality rate has created a problem for the proper management of health care system. Despite all the important measures and preventions still there is increase in death rate. The main reason for this is maintenance of health quality. This Report is divided into four Sections. Section One, Introduction, Section Two examined the major quality and service improvement agendas that have been formulated and implemented in England and the impacts these had on the health and social care. Section Three, deals with the implementation of this agenda in our organization and Section 4 provides analysis and recommendations for the organization.

Health and social care is the major concern for the European government. This requires for the implementation of better health and social care models to maintain standards of health quality and social care.
