In health care sector it is very important to continuously improve the techniques and methods to provide health care service to the peoples and patient. There are many tools used in the quality improvement system that can help in the improvement of performance of the quality of health care service provide by the hospitals (Donabedian, 1997). The most common and effective improvements that can improve performance is the use of value based purchasing system and EHR (Electronic health Record) system. In this essay, we are going to suggest 3 effective tools that can improve the performance of health care service of Urgent Clinic.
