I the traditional perspective the companies which were not equipped with the E business features would have had to rely on the out dated and time consuming activities of being physically present in the various regions of the world (Brands, 2000). This is the reason why that in the traditional perspective where the phenomenon of E business had not yet been firmly established the process of business globalization was very restricted. Even though the multinational organizations existed in the world, the majority of the small and larger organizations primarily functioned in their national home markets. The biggest advantage of the E commerce and E business related factors have been experienced by the smaller business entities, which now have the strategic features to compete in the global consumer market. They E business related factor shave enabled every organization regardless of its size or resources, the platform to compete in the global business sector. However successful or effective the ecommerce related business factors had been in the global perspective, they would have been ineffective if they were not secure in nature. The companies could not base their businesses on a system which was not adequately secure or offer them a guaranteed confidentiality. In the field of e commerce there have been several instances where the companies have had to suffer significant losses, as their confidential data has been compromised by the various internet hackers present in the online communities.

Discussion

In reference to the internet based business models; the consequences can be very negative for the companies if they seek to develop the e commerce network within the organization, without sufficiently investing in the security or the reliability factors. Such initiates will lead the company to face several dilemmas, where it eventually be forced to face financial difficulties as the other competitors would flourish.
