Introduction

A public administrator is a government servant whose main job is to serve and manage a group of people of any particular area. The role of a public administrator is very challenging because every day you have to deal with different issues. They supervise the people of their state in managing their inheritance issues or managing people who have no relatives. They are also involved in other activities such as finance and law, money management and record keeping. On the other hand they also have to search the things which are related to the deceased such as information related to the property, life insurance policy and other assets of deceased. They are equally responsible in giving the justice to the inheritors of the deceased person.

Discussion

Max Weber (1864-1920), a famous sociologist has defined some characteristics of a public administrator (Elwell, 1996). The characteristics give us a sketch of effective and efficient work performed by a public administrator which is written in his job description. Before industrialization revolution, administration system was working in an informal way because positions were given to the incompetent people who have no skills but they only have favors or source. The operations of traditional administrators did not develop their trust among the people because they were unable to satisfy them and make justice among the people.
