The people who know the individual personally: the second group of people would be those who know the elected body personally, and therefore, it encompasses of the people that show loyalty to the person by acknowledging that the person bears a good character.

The people who share similar ideas: the third group would encompass of people who have a similar se of ideas supporting a particular issue, and thereby, reflecting that the idea is not about the support but the implementation of these ideas into a practical notion.

In case, the people who would be against you are;

The people with different agenda: the foremost of these people would be the one who are from different ideas, and therefore, they are more likely to stand against the ideology.

Political affiliation: the other persons encompass of the political affiliation of some other party, and therefore, they would oppose the idea in the very beginning. The political affiliation is the strongest force to oppose or favor one or another party (Shafritz & Hide, 2012).

The chances of legislation passed

The chances of getting legislation passed is merely based upon the awareness scope regarding the notion of the legislation, this comprise of the background, as well as, the foreground idea. The chances of getting the legislation passed are discussed as under;
