Letter about adolescence of young female

The young female entering adolescent goes through many changes which include physical, psychological, cognitive, and social/interpersonal changes. As a letter to the girl, I will inform her that the breast budding starts at the age of about 10 years. This is a time when the breasts of the girl began to swell and grow. Also, she might physical changes in the form of hair growth in public places. The formation of the hair will be dark, thick and dark. The body will start growing more curvy representing womanhood and round in shape (homelearningcollege.com).

By the time the girl is 13, she is mature. But, every girl faces different time periods of puberty starting and ending time period. Some girls even start puberty at the age of 8 while others can see changes in their late teens. According to the medical experts, the average puberty age of the girl is approximately 13 years. Also, arrival of physical maturity among girls varies with age. Some may face it at the age of 14 or 15 years of age. Also, many girls are there who beginning to face puberty changes in the same age. The pubertal onset depends on the age of the teenage girl, but generally a girl faces physical maturity at the age of 15 and also grows up to full adult height. Within the physical changes, the girl may also face having a woman's figure which includes fuller breasts and hips (education.com).

As for the social and emotional development, the young girl entering adolescent become more self-conscious when the changes occur in the body.
