Introduction

In this article the author has discussed the relationship that we find between personality and different approaches of personality on leaning. For this research there were two different samples that were used which consisted of almost 310 students and all of these students participated actively in the research. The research showed that there was a strong correlation between the approaches of learning was interlinked with the major approaches of the personality. It was also the main aim of the research to determine that whether the learning is affected by the changes in personality that prevail due to the role of the major approaches that we find in different persons.

General problem

The general problem of this article was that whether the learning is affected by the personality and what is the role of the different personality approaches that impact learning. This can be elaborated in a better way by saying that for instance if a person has humanistic approach to personality and the other has the psychoanalytic approach, than how these both persons learn the new things. This was the general problem that the author wanted to know and investigate.

Author's Argument

The author believed that there is a strong relationship between the major personality types and the learning. He further believes that the major approaches of the personality affect the nature of the person in one way or another. Similarly, the learning of the person is also affected the personality type or the approach of the personality that fits his personality.
