Introduction to Psychology

Introduction

Psychology is the science that studies the mind and human behavior in all its breadth. In general psychology is a science that seeks to understand the emotions, the way of thinking and the behavior of human beings. In the etymological sense, psychology is the science of the soul or the study of the soul. A researcher defines psychology as the science that seeks to understand the man and his behavior, to facilitate coexistence with itself and with each other. Psychology is a set of multiple domains. Some psychologists carry out basic research, applied research, some do and some professional services.

Neuroticism can be defined as the brain's physiological variations. According to a theory of researcher, neuroticism is the activity function found in the system of limbic and some researches recommends that people who have high rate of neuroticism encompass an additional imprudent sensitive nervous structure, and environmental stimulation affects them more readily. The researchers of behavior genetics found that neuroticism can be inspire from genetics and some genetic factors plays an important role in it (Frost et.al, 2013 pp. 408). Ingenuousness or openness is basically the awareness for sentiment, fine art, exceptional thoughts in humans, escapade, diversity of incidents mind's eye and inquisitiveness.
