The socio cultural factors are very important in the assessment of the tests to be implemented by the relevant counselor. The socio ethnic background of ye individual would have an impact on his reaction to the tests performed and the validity of the results attained by performing the tests. Hence the counselor shaves to be aware of the relevant and significant cultural trends in the current environment before prescribing the relevant test for the general public. Such an analysis would ensure that the prescribed psychological test is able to identify crucial cognitive information regarding the individual, and this information can be used to help diagnose and treat the psychological issues experienced by the individual.
