Introduction

This concept of disaster management in point of health and psychological behavioural approach of a human being to solve the complex issue and problems of a personal life management and a society based problems and issue management. Human disaster are of many kinds where it seems to have rational health and provision management in human life with respect to human behaviour to adopt the quick and reasonable course of solutions of the problems.

Problems prevail in the society and culture is the biasness of the culture demographics and society pillars in which the society relies. During the dangerous emergencies, huge numbers of peoples are displaced need to have shelter and provisions in the community, while the administration of the society is the responsible to provide the basic necessities of life to the communal based individual. Some of them require the health provision and some of them require a psychological support from the administration and society, as it is the human behaviour to help the peoples who are really in seek of the psychological shelter. Psychological shelter is one of the approaches which can dominate the society with the ethical and humanity behaviour. The scope of the study is to identify the needs of the problem solving applications that are prevailing in the societies. The aim of the paper is to change the physiological and psychological approaches of an individual. There are many of the behavioural approach which can solve the societal complex issue relevant to the psychological and human health contemporary issues. In this paper we will discuss about the contemporary issues relevant to the human approach to solve the societal health and psychological disciplines in the state with the techniques and procedures and appraisal of solutions of the issues (Chan, & Koo, 2011, A109, pp. 38).

Discussion

The behavioural health and psychological proximity issues can be derived from the lack of knowledge and learning and societal development programs in the society where the administrator and the governance is whole sole responsible for this behaviour. They have to implement such policies in the community to develop the understanding and the human development programs in the collaboration with the nongovernmental organizations that usually are good at this. Community is based on collection of different cultures, peoples, rituals, believes and religions where every other are different from other as the peoples combinations are set to made the community strong or weak among the other communities. Everyone believes in different view points towards the problem; their views are totally depending on their thoughts and approaches to solve the rational problems from their own habits and behaviours.

Post disaster provision management is the personal and human behaviour to see the issue in longer run or in short span of the community life.
