CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION

The current study observes the psychological adaptation of aerobic training on the people. This chapter gives a description of the background, aims, objectives and chapter layout on which the entire dissertation will be based.

Problem Statement

Exercise has been found to aid two aspects of health. First, exercise promotes physical health by hindering illness. Second, controlled experiments indicate that exercise helps decrease psychological distress in patients determined to be clinically depressed. The problem to be discussed in the current dissertation relates to examining the psychological adaptation for aerobic trainings.

Aims and Objectives

Every research study is conducted with certain aims and objectives. Similarly, this study is guided through the aim which stresses upon the psychological influences that are put upon the individual through aerobic training.

The current study is conducted with the following objectives:

Examining the aerobic training,

Conducting the psychological assessment of the aerobic trainings, and

Concluding upon the beneficial contributions of aerobic for an individual.

What is the significance of aerobic training for the individual?

How does aerobic influence a person's psychology?

What are the beneficial mental and psychological contributions of aerobic to an individual?

The dissertation utilizes various electronic databases, journals, online libraries and reviews. These published resources will prominently include the information from Ebsco, Sage Journals, Datamonitor and various websites which provide reliable researched material.

Chapter II: Review of Literature

The Literature review is indicative of the preliminary research on the research topic. The research will be gathered from various academic sources and through the qualitative methods of conducting the research. The main conclusive data will be the result of both the methodologies applied in the study.

CHAPTER 2: LITERATURE REVIEW

This research will study psychological influences of aerobic training on the individual. The current section discusses the background, fundamentals, and general aspects of the topic under study.

Introduction

Aerobic exercise helps maintain healthy levels of body fat, decreases IR, improves DM2, and lowers the risk of developing cardiovascular complications. Aerobic exercise has been at the forefront of life-style efforts to manage pre-diabetes and diabetes.
