The term 'Juvenile' refers to an individual that has yet to reach adulthood or adult form (termed to as a minor in law). In law this is used for cases that involve offenses committed by them (minors). A minor if found guilty, can be forced to spend his remaining teenage years within the prison. Delinquency refers to the activities (of individuals) that are considered to be offenses by the law or government. The term juvenile delinquency covers the range of crimes/offenses from small ones (lie, etc) to major ones (murder, etc), that are committed by the minors (Siegel, 2011). When found to be involved in a crime, the minors or juvenile offenders are tried in separate juvenile courts, and if found guilty of serious offenses, they are restrained in special incarceration centers.

Discussion
Juvenile delinquency is usually the consequence of hostile activities that a child experiences while growing up, it may be a direct experience or an indirect experience (for example, watching hostile actions). Humans only violate the set guidelines and rules, when the disconnection among objectives and means of attaining them, is severe enough to make the person believe that she/he can no longer pursue socially accepted goals as well as the means to achieve them. Society, for that reason, is portrayed as a key element for the majority of vices occurring worldwide.
