Introduction

Father plays are vital role in children life. He is someone who hugs when things become trouble and when child look for an advice. Criminal activities usually instigate in the early years of teens i.e. 14-17 and the growing age structure them to the peak in the late teens (Romero, 2013, p. 1081). Literature related to the study indicates that in Latinos criminal activities slows down when they reach their adulthood but psychological growth to young adulthood from adolescence typically turns in the better agreement, but those who faces high risk in their adolescence have dimmed chances to grew into a successful future (Taylor & Behnke, 2009, pp. 99-120).

Within the Latino community, the profusion of fatherless children is something that undercuts efforts of Latino children to strengthen ourselves and fabricate happy healthy and fully-functioning constituents of society (Romero, 2013, p. 1081)

This study is intended to deal with the impact on the soul of the community and individuals who have been suffered from either the pain of father less childhood or unfortunately induct into criminal activities.

Research Problem

The world does not work on equality and fairness, and make us learn the lessons at various points in our lives. But a father less child learn in a way that it leaves deep emotional and mental scars. For some children, particularly in Latinos become devastating and weaken their emotional and mental skills and lead them to undertake criminal activities to reduce their heart broken effects of being fatherless.
