Cardiovascular diseases constitute as one of the top most of the list of diseases which refer to physical activities for therapeutic procedures. For the reason that regular walk and exercise impact the heart rate and blood pressure in a positive sense, the same is true for the brain activity as both are interrelated, thus impacting the heart diseases and problems positively (Kravitz, n.d).
