Introduction
Lives of the human beings are diverse and vary in kinds and types of situations faced day to day. Situations and conditions never remain the same for the people; from different walks of life to the differences between the people in terms of their individual differences people might face predicament and favorable situations alike. Other than the physical activities providing relief to the people and escalating their quality of lives; sports and physical activities also prove to be beneficial in therapeutic sense for the people suffering from various diseases. Cardiovascular diseases constitute as one of the top most of the list of diseases which refer to physical activities for therapeutic procedures. For the reason that regular walk and exercise impact the heart rate and blood pressure in a positive sense, the same is true for the brain activity as both are interrelated, thus impacting the heart diseases and problems positively (Kravitz, n.d).
