All patients admitted in the hospital for the purpose of varicose vein surgery, hip or knee replacement surgery or hernia surgery tend to be welcomed to fill in PROMs surveys. PROMs abbreviated for Patient Reported Outcome Measures, basically surveys the nature of care conveyed to patients from their view. The patient concern is recorded through questions and they are also questioned for personal satisfaction standards before and after the operation.
