Project Proposal - Sturata Incorporation

Project Introduction Jeff Hoffman Dr. Ryan O' Neal and I have started a new venture, which is headquartered in Vermont, USA and is named as Sturata Incorporation. Sturata Inc. is basically an organization that deals with the warehouse order fulfillment. Innovation in the design and the product has been kept as an integral part of the organization. Jeff Hoffman is an investor and possesses a vast background experience of the supply chain-management, warehouse management and fulfillment technologies. Dr. Ryan O'Neal is a mobile robotic expert by profession. The skill set match between the three of us for an entrepreneurial venture has been appropriate, and there is a high probably that the business will nourish and flourish over the period of time. The project, Sturata Inc., is basically a warehouse order fulfillment business which will help the business's warehouses to carry and move orders from one place to another. The mentioned process is going to be achieved through the use of mobile robotics and tends to be completely automated rather using labor or workforce to move the orders from one place to another. The target market is the warehouses management centers of the businesses. The business shall be creating job opportunities for about 100 professionals that will make all this possible within the tenure of mere 10 months. Recently, Miss Yamaguchi has joined Sturata Inc. and shall serve as a Vice President, Administration. The business has funding of $12 billion. In order to develop mobile robotics, Dr. O'Neal has recently sent acquisition proposal to Ryoichi, a small firm in Tokyo, Japan.

The use of human laborers in the warehouses has certain growth inhibitors attached with it such as the increased risk of deterioration and breakage, and the limited capacity to move orders from one place to other will hamper the efficiency as well as effectiveness. Growth is the need of every business in this changing environment and therefore, improving productivity is the underneath factor that ...
