Project Proposal: ImOutaHere System

Project Proposal: ImOutaHere System

Introduction to Project

In order to develop the ImOutaHere system, Stanford Institute for Theoretical Physics (STIPs) created the DRPPN system. This proposal provides a detailed account of the components involved in completing the said project. The proposal will further evaluate and mention the objectives given by Little Brother and show its contribution towards network designing and architecture of the proposed system. All the assumptions that underlie the project and its administration have also been mentioned and discussed.

Aims of the Project: ImOutaHere System

The aims of the project are as follows:

To facilitate traveling for the passengers through eliminating the need to carry multiple documents and the hassle of standing in long queues.

It will contribute towards a paper-less environment in which the passport would be replaced with an online card.

The traveler would be allowed to access the booking statuses and retrieved flyer information through a single card.

The level of security within the operational system would be increased since the system would be based on retinal scanning, which a secured version of biometrical technology.

Project Objectives

Following are some of the most evident objectives of this project:

Addressing users' requirements is one of the primary objectives of the project. In order to provide them the solutions, their needs' analysis is also very important beforehand.

Although it is an unachievable task to attain full availability of service since it leads to grave cost implications. Rather, it is advised that firms should pursue maximum availability of service instead.

It is an objective to create system that is free of errors and functional inefficiencies so that maximum service availability is ensured (Cleland & Gareis, 2006, pp. 1-4).

Designing the system is as important as implementing it. There are different approaches to design a system and implement it. Any problems encountered in the early stages of the program execution could lead to jeopardy of the entire system.

The use and easiness of the user while using the system is also an important factor in its implementation and monitoring.

Privacy issues make it important to ensure maximum security of the system since it is also utilizing personal information. It is also an objective to ensure the system incorporates backup strategies in order to provide contingencies for the system risks and unforeseen situations. Clearly it is necessary to establish an appropriate policy for backups in any organization, as well as with the other teams and systems, which means these copies reside, must be protected physically, in fact maybe we should employ stronger measures because it is actually easier than on a single tape has copies of the information contained in multiple servers.

It is best to keep copies in remote area of ??the operating room, what is usually recommended is to have multiple levels of copy, one that is stored in a safe in a remote and renewing with a high frequency and other frequently used are stored in places closer. To protect even more, information can be copied using encryption ...
