Introduction

Purpose of the Project Plan

Laparoscopy from the inspection of the 20th century has continued as the evolution technology. There are different types of the equipment are available in market for the training that excessive expensive for the usage of individual. I believe that having a box trainer available to surgical trainees would help address the problems of reduced experience and reinforce and enhance laparoscopic skills for trainees in the profession.

There are the various devices that are used in the education of laparoscopic skills ranging from the simple box trainers to sophisticating trainers. Study indicated that the homemade, training of low cost surgical laparoscopic for the basic skills is considered as the major the surgical benefit for the inexperienced surgeons (Sharpe et.al, 2005).

I have designed a low cost laparoscopic box trainer which I will make available to surgical trainees to facilitate learning laparoscopic surgical skills. However, a training box is developed that is quite simple for creating with a lower budget and facilitates training about the basics skills of laparoscopic. Discussion

Scope Management

The laparoscopic technique is a high diffusion in our current environment (Chandrasekera et.al, 2006). There is the need of the training methods for the fresh surgeons, especially for those who do not have an experience of laparoscopic. There are differ variety of methods that generally based on the live surgeries and making experiments over animals, whose access does not available. This project plan is based on the training of low cost boxes of laparoscopic which does not take much costly. Facing with such challenge (high cost), I built up the plastic boxes with having laparoscopic cameras that is requires the usage of laparoscopic tower which is monitoring through the cold light source. The card board with the top entry of the light is allows the visualization of the exercised that is made through just from one eye and able to covered prevention from the vision of stereoscopic.

With the advent of webcam that is built in the light of marketplace, barriers for obtaining the required materials can be easily eliminated, video cameras, external resources of light and obviating the usage of optics. Laparoscopic surgery requires a highly technical skill set (Adrales, et.al, 2003). In order to adequately trainee these skills at a high degree of simulator/box trainer, integrity must be maintained. To ensure that the box trainer adheres to this and replicates operating theatre scenarios then existing laparoscopic instruments will be used. This eliminates the need to design or manufacture the actual instruments; they can be purchased directly from manufacturers. Laparoscopic surgery is undertaken in two dimensions and the box trainer will again use existing technology to achieve this. The use of a camera connected to a screen provides the necessary spatial visual effect. The containing compartment is readily available and will be provided as part of the box trainer.
