Rationale:

The recent infrastructure development within commercial and residential sectors in the city of Pokhara, Nepal has led to the creation of new communities who desperately require neighborhood stores and services. While the shift in population prevails, various opportunities emerge in the retail industry, which is all set to capitalize on the trend and accommodate this growth.

Objective:

Pokhareli Alcohol Company Limited is expected to become a full-service retail trading company of rum, whiskey and vodka. It will gain a significant market share and will differentiate itself from its competitors through obtaining a unique site within the city of Pokhara, Nepal where the tourists are usually seen. The Pokhareli Alcohol Company Limited is expected to imitate the best practices of leading alcohol companies, along with a specific stress on exceptional customer service, competitive pricing and a wide selection of quality products.

Mission:

The mission of the Pokhareli Alcohol Company Limited is developing to a best place in Pokhara, Nepal for tourists and local who buy rum, vodka and whiskey. This level will be calculated via sales growth, along with the ratings and opinions that are published in the local media. Sales and inventory records will be maintained in an electronic database on a computer which will allow the Pokhareli Alcohol Company Limited in identifying and exploiting match volumes, best selling products and anticipate demands, profitability to service levels, assist with revenue growth plans, manage cash flows and optimize distributor/supplier relationships.

Goals:

Earning and Maintaining Pokhareli Alcohol Company Limited's ratings as a top alcohol company in Nepal's rum, vodka and whiskey's industry.

The discovery of a competitive liquor store means to search liquidity facilities, equipment (by all the relevant requirements that apply to the same specialty shops), the development of range of wines, set in a state of qualified personnel and the purchase of goods. Of course, a shop specializing in the sale of whiskey, rum and vodka is not a new kind of business in today's market, but considering the place of opening such an establishment must also take care of ongoing competitiveness. So, this business plan proposes to maintain the level of sales due to the constant advertising through television, radio, print advertising, brochures, and flyers, but all advertisement is to be carried out in accordance with the Nepal law relating to alcohol companies. There is another, perhaps the most important aspect of creating a business plan for a liquor store, without which no outlet, no matter how good will not bring the planned profit.
