Overview 

Project Purpose

This document elaborates the Project management plan for developing a hospital in California. The Hospital will be named as New California Medical Center (NCMC). The project will be operated as a privately incorporated organization. New California Medical Center (NCMC) will include 250 beds in two different in-patient towers and will have a trauma center, emergency room, ACB (Ambulatory-Care-Building) and a treatment and diagnostic building and the required support structure. New California Medical Center (NCMC) will play a role of a healthcare center that will be hopefully proven remarkable names in professional education of health and research (Bridgman, 2006).

Project Baseline

New California Medical Center involves a variety of tasks and functions to organize health, particularly in the form of health promotion. It is rooted in a bio-psychosocial understanding of health. The aim is to strengthen health coping processes such as adequate health care. New California Medical Center will implement a health management in health and social institutions, such as the self-help group on the welfare to the institutions of health, accident and pension insurance (Clarkson, 2009, pp. 363-384).
