The main purpose of this paper is to make an analysis report on a project in which I took part. I have been a part of a project in Dartmouth College. Dartmouth College, in answer to Federal guidelines, need several internally developed principle certifications and reports. These certifications are the tests and balances enforced on the administration of sponsored study awards.
