Introduction

Football is the most popular sport of the world. It is also very popular in America. It is followed by individuals with different age groups, and it is often a source of recognition for different institutes and organizations. Keeping this fact in view introduction of the development program at the university could prove to be very fruitful for the university and its students.

Football is a team game, and it offers several advantages to the players. It is a source of good coordination between players and creates competitiveness among the players. It is not only helpful for the physical development of the players, but is also important for the mental development of the students, who become good humans. Football builds confidence in the players and eager to fight for an objective. Hence, it prepares them for bigger goals. Moreover, football is one of those games, which requires enormous stamina.

Since, football is widely followed and various institutions sponsors and support the game, if a team representing any institution performs well, it is a source of great recognition for the institution as the team is represented by the name of the institute. The Paper aims to establish the Football Academy and focus on the project management. (Fair, R.C. and Oster, J.F, 2007).

Project Management

Project management can be defined as a planned effort to accomplish a certain project. It includes planning, organizing and managing resources which leads to success in achieving the project. Project management includes the planning a project, identifying tasks and goals which are to be achieved. A well executed project leads to the success of the business. Project management is associated with 5 types of processes which include: initiation, planning, executing, controlling and closing. A successful project can be evaluated on the basis of these steps. Professionally, project management should be carried on the basis of different projects and the goals which are set up in order to achieve it.

Outline

Project is called the set of actions to be taken to meet a defined need within fixed time periods. And a project is a temporary action with a beginning and an end, mobilizing identified resources (human and material) during implementation, it also has a cost and therefore subject to budgeting of resources and a independent review of the enterprise. Called "deliverables" expected results of the project.

A Football Academy project consist of an operation of streamlining internal complex, such as phasing of operations. The project is an extraordinary goal (in the literal sense of the word) that combines five elements:

Functional: response to a need

Technical specifications are met and implementation constraints

Organizational: a compliance mode (roles, functions, culture, resistance to change) of the target structure

Deadlines: deadlines ( schedule )

Cost: on budget

Aims and Objectives

There is a strong need for Football Academy. The adolescents and teenage group of people will join the Academy for training and playing. Our objective is to create a wealthy market for football training and make football part of the life of ...
