Organizational design plan

The Sturata Inc will be setup in Vermont, USA. It will mainly consist of three managerial positions with the persons Mr. Jeff Hoffman as CEO, Dr. O'Neal as vice president and CTO, and individual as COO of the company. The company will hire 100 professionals to run the company to achieve its goal within specified time of 10 months. Furthermore, there is further distribution of the goals with respect to the weeks' target, and that are aimed to obtain on time.

All the administration would lead by Miss Yamaguchi. She would review the performance of all the hired workers and check the weekly target of the company. The team would be divided into different units such as Designing unit, planning unit production unit, and quality assurance unit. Each unit will be given with specific targets of working on which their work will be checked out.

The work of the robot would be to carry the object from one place to another in the warehouse. Its precision is highly required and necessary, that would be achieved with the help of highly skilled workers and best concentration of the QA department. A comfortable lifestyle would be provided to the employees in the company to keep them happy with the company environment.

Start-up plan

An exciting start-up is necessary to give the employees a motivated start. In the first place, the company policies would be designed to set the limits and regulation of the company for each and every worker of the organization. It would cover the people from executive level to peon level and equally applicable for everyone.
