ABSTRACT

The purpose of this project is to analyze the impact of sports nutrition on the performance of sports man and athletes. The core objective of the paper is to analyze the influence of regular nutrition and sports nutrition especially designed for sports man on the performance of athletes and their stamina. In addition, this project will also analyze the different between the regular nutrition and sports nutrition. The paper will use diverse literature accumulated through different scholarly journals. Nonetheless, the primary analysis will validate the findings of the study gathered through questionnaire using survey data collection method. The data will be analyzed statistically through the application of regression analysis and one sample t-test in order to interpret the study variables.

INTRODUCTION

This project revolves around addressing the key concerns related to sports nutrition and the significance of nutritional gains among young athletes who are destined to perform well in the playground. The analysis will go about the study in a systematic manner, utilizing previous research and peer-reviewed findings and discussions present on the topic. The analysis will specify certain research questions, on which this discussion will be based. In the end, the analysis will conclude on the basis of our personal evaluation of these researches.

Research Aims

Research aims outline the objectives behind the study, the research questions that need to be evaluated during the course of the study, and the hypothesis to be tested. As mentioned earlier, we will gather first-hand information from athletes who are facing issues in participating in different kinds of sports, and we will assess what are the policies of various sports councils that address the participatory issue associated to recovery athletes.

Theoretical Framework

The most widely accepted principle is that nutrient metabolism is governed by a balance (sometimes referred to as homeostasis), the body maintains a balance of different nutrients and it gets the necessary intake of foods that balance exercise and changes for this reason that sports nutrition attempts to maintain balance in line with improved health. Diet is the most important part of any athlete's regime and key ingredients such as protein are widely accessible in foods such as chicken and eggs; but, the question is whether it is possible to devour enough protein from diet alone that will enable you to deliver your best performance?
