Several parts of management, leadership and supervision needs to be included inside a character for anyone to build personal traits that would help him or her succeed in professional life. As that goes to me as well, there are several traits that need to be acquired with time in order to have better results in practical life. In order to come up with excellent performance and work of quality, skills need to be developed not only during the job, but personal behavior needs to be transformed and changed for the better in a way that would reflect in a positive change in the professional position. Second, identification of the goals and giving priority to what would assist in achieving the mission of the organization. Third is the identification of the strategies that need to be implemented in order to meet the goals. Fourth, would be identifying activities and programs that would be required for the implementation of each strategy. Lastly, it would be monitoring and evaluating the program (Anheier, 2005).
