Introduction

The evaluation approach that was chosen for the Instructor's recertification Course was Objective -Oriented Evaluation Approach. However, there are several other useful and effective evaluation approaches that will help the evaluators to plan and implement an effective assessment criterion. The criteria in turn will ensure that the smallest of the errors are precisely and immediately identified and catered. Some of the useful alternate evaluation approaches include Consumer-oriented approach, Client-centered approach and so forth. However, the approach that will be discussed in the paper is Decision Oriented Evaluation Approach.
