Introduction

Program Evaluation is basically referred to a systematic way of collecting, analyzing and utilizing information to identifying the purpose of projects, programs and policies. Program evaluation is also a useful technique for answering the questions that arise about a particular program or projects. Program evaluation is also of great interest to stakeholders. They always aim to know that the programs and projects that they invest in are actually achieving their initial objective or not. There are some important questions that enable the stakeholder and other related people to have a clear idea about the effectiveness of the respective programs and projects. These contributing questions include are mentioned as follows

Is the project worthwhile?

What improvements can be made to the project?

Are there any unintended outcomes?

Are the objectives of the project useful and realistic?

Are there better alternatives for the project?

These are the most important questions that contribute towards the understanding of the stakeholders that where their project stands at a particular point at time in accordance with the above questions and the initial objective of the project (Royse, 2010). The purpose of this paper is to discuss a program evaluation to determine how feasible and are the programs of our selected organization. The organization that we have selected is the Simmons Career Center, Hillsborough School District, Tampa, FL. This is a well reputed school and this paper will include the significant features of the teaching programs that are being implemented in this school. A brief discussion about the evaluation of the programs and policies being implemented in the Simmons Career Centre is presented as follows.

Simmons Career Centre is a renowned high school located at the Plant City in Florida. Simmons Career City includes a set of diversified activities in its portfolio of activities. Simmons Career Centre provides its teaching and knowledge distribution services to a large number of students ranging from the initial levels to diploma program students. Most importantly, Simmons Career Centre provides students a fresh and effective opportunity to begin their diploma program and excel in their career ahead in the future.
