Experts estimate that more than 25% of the global number of rooms are concentrated in the U.S.. This industry provides employment to 1.7 million people (Puri, 2009).

The hotel industry in the country can be fully attributed to the high-tech sector, is widely used management and other innovations, which suggests the involvement of highly qualified personnel. Professional education specialists and certain categories of line personnel is seen as a crucial resource source of economic growth. At the individual hotel or hotel chain of skilled personnel is embodied in the reproduced hotel product with significant consumer properties and specific competitive advantages (Stott, 2004).
