Professional Development Plan

Abstract

This research paper represents professional development plan which is first planned, then implemented and, in the end researched and evaluated. This is my personal professional development plan which can guide me to focus my career objectives and goals. This paper also represents research work from different books written by different authors in UK. The paper represents a plan which is implemented in a week.

Introduction

Companies do not want to loss such employees who bring profit to the entire organization that is why employee must be skillful. In order to be skillful, employees tend to focus on their career planning because, proper career planning will guide employees to complete their goals and, ultimately beneficial for company. There is the requirement of self evaluation for each individual therefore; I have thought to develop my professional career plan in order to accomplish my certain goals and desires for future.

Professional Development Activities

My career objective focuses me to do Masters Degree from a known University of UK in MA. If I will do Masters Degree from a reputed University of UK then, it will surely add and up bring my skills in different perspective. My objective is to continue in this field because, I am sure I can expand my business throughout the country in a short period.

I have made a plan in which I would like to start with my basics because; I think that revising basics is always a good starting point. I may also take advices from any former colleague of a certain organizations and, experienced personnel. I am thinking to take advices from managers and directors because, it will guide me in a proper way to focus my career growth and, plan. The advices from senior managers and, directors help me to follow a straight path without any mental disturbance and, opinions from other people may guide me wrong. I have started my career planning from a month ago. I have missed a job because of having inappropriate experience and, just college degree. I have notices necessary skills which will bring surety for job in many cases. I have notices that, companies are not just focusing experiences in relevant fields without proper education. I have seen many guys who interviewed many times and, got no job because of not having proper education. Though, these guys got much experience in their relevant fields. Each of the individuals has different talents and skills. I have noticed that, if I start a continuous learning and study of my field, I will develop potential skills which will help me to get a good job and, start a good career.

Implementations

I have noticed that there are three key points of continuous professional development (CDP) which make my learning more effective than before.
