Before we start to find solutions and apply them to try to resolve the problem, we must carefully analyze what are the factors that have caused side effects that are undetectable at first sight, etc.

Decision making is the process of recognizing and selecting the best option among different available alternatives on the basis of the values and judgment of the decision maker. In this paper, we will discuss the Business Decision making of Alpha Foods based on financial and other factors and the outcome of these decisions. The option selected by Alpha Foods will have the highest probability of success and properly associated with the goals, objectives and mission of the decision maker.

My major position in the organization was financial manager of Alpha Foods. The decision which is made by Alpha Foods has considered the uncertainty and risk regarding the substitutes and best option available for them. In this part, collection of information is very important as the decision based on the available information, through appropriate information convenient one can reduce the uncertainly.

According to the researchers technologies has changed the shape of the world, but it is not necessary that every technology provide benefit to the company.
