One of the branches that I dealt with was having trouble in selling insurance. The issue was that one of the customers was very upset because he incurred a loss when he invested through the bank. Since he was upset about it, he had sued the bank. However, the case was won by the bank. He was even more furious. However, there was not mush he could do about it.
