This prison mail policy is in regard to a highly important factor that every prisoner, in prison, should be allowed to maintain contacts with their families and other relatives. Although, there should be defined limitations but, allowing prisoners in such correspondence are the means to engage prisoners with the community.

The underlying policy relates to prisoners incoming mails about what is acceptable and what is not. There are clearly defined practices of incoming mails which shall be followed.
