The prioritizing process at D.D Williamson aimed to eradicate or to revolutionize the incomplete or failed projects. D. D. Williamson faced many problems when it came to their project management system. Sooner rather than later they crafted a prioritizing process in order to manage their projects. On one hand where its new prioritizing process yielded good results it caused some problems too. This was because of the existing strengths and weaknesses of the Prioritizing Process.
