Introduction

In today's competitive world, everyone wants to achieve competitive advantage but when trying to achieve completive advantage; employers sometime avoid personal life of employees. They are often asked to work for long hours or travel extensively due to which their personal life is affected. But this is always not the case (Watson, 2006). In this paper we are going to focus on ethical implications of working for long hours or traveling extensively and what a manager should do create a balance between employee's personal and professional life.
