Prevention layoff is a most admirable decision from the economic point of view, does it helps to remain workers for their jobs. Job security is the key factors that help workers and organization to improve effectiveness of organization performance. There is not technological innovation, training force of work and worker education that effect on the performance of workers while they perform their duties at Comcast. There are needed to take some important and key decision making to improve performance of workers that involved. They have to go for advance technological equipment that helps workers to performed their duties in shorter period of time and secondly they also requires to train their worker about how to used them equipment that will also effect positively performance in workers. Organization also required to change their polices inside the organization that involved performance, long term and strategic planning of Midwest Sparkleen to made their focus towards credibility improvement. Strategic alliance with the suppliers will lead them to improve their technological components and they can evaluate how the current trends moving towards. This is considered as the basic philosophy and the principle about the job security about hiring the appropriate workers with dedicated responsibility help them to manage the affairs of the business well enough that employee realize that they will be a part of an organization and assume that they should perfumed according to the demand of an organization.
